She emphasizes in-person mediation sessions statewide, with virtual options always available, and dedicates her full attention by scheduling only one mediation per day.
Scheduling & Fees
- One Mediation per Day: Your mediation receives Kim’s undivided attention — she books only one mediation daily for maximum focus.
- In-person preferred; virtual available
- Hourly Rate: $300 per hour for mediation sessions with two-hour minimum.
- Administrative Fee: $175 one-time fee (shared by the parties).
- Travel Time: $100 per hour travel time for mediations outside Wake County, North Carolina.
- Cancellation Fee: $300 shared by the parties if cancelled or postponed less than 7 days prior to scheduled mediation.

- Admitted to the United States Court of Federal Claims
- Appointed leadership positions on federal multi-district litigations (MDLs)
- Vast litigation experience with mass tort cases; environmental & toxic tort cases; medical malpractice; and other types of catastrophic personal injury cases
- Lead trial lawyer representing both defendants and plaintiffs in medical malpractice and corporate negligence cases
